Kathryn (Kathy) Gosnell serves as Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, Compliance Officer, and Information Security Officer at Arundel Federal, where she has been a valued team member since 2020.
In her role as Chief Risk Officer, Kathy oversees the Bank’s enterprise risk management program, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and monitored, mitigation strategies developed and implemented, and risk appetite is aligned with strategic objectives. As Compliance Officer, she ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, promoting a strong culture of compliance across the organization. As Information Security Officer, she is responsible for protecting the Bank’s digital and physical assets through robust security policies and regulatory compliance.
Kathy is a member of the Leadership Team and brings extensive experience gained over 36 years in community banking, having held roles in retail banking, accounting, operations, marketing, loan servicing, residential and commercial lending, information technology and security, and risk and compliance management.
She holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University.
