Andre Occean is the Branch Manager of the Annapolis office having joined the Arundel Federal family in September 2025. He started his career in banking in 2005 as a Community Relationship Manager in New York City, where his main objective was to deepen the impact that the bank had on the community. In 2007, he accepted a Branch Manager position and has been in branch management ever since. He feels fortunate to have successfully led branches in New York, Georgia, and Maryland. Andre's primary focus has always been his clients and the serving the surrounding community.
Andre currently resides in Maryland City with his wife and their adorable shih tzu. Family is especially important to him, and he spends most of his free time traveling and visiting with family members in New York and Georgia as well as overseas.
