Arundel Federal Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Faye Currie from Annapolis Branch Manager to VP Banking Relationship Manager. In her new position, Currie is responsible for meeting the personal and business banking needs of the citizens in our local communities.
Throughout her 30+ year career in the banking industry, Currie has been recognized in Anne Arundel County as a market leader. She is a highly networked and gregarious business development and retail operations manager. She has demonstrated exceptional knowledge of strategic planning and marketing, business management practices, effective sales generation efforts, and risk performance analysis. She possesses strong analytical and people skills, fostering teamwork and empowering employees to their best productivity. Creativity, high energy, and a close attention to detail are her tools for success.

Currie is a firm believer in the power of forming connections and giving back to her community. She is currently a member of The Links, Incorporated the Annapolis (MD) Chapter and member of the Annapolis High School’s Integrated Community Stakeholders Team. She has served the community in many capacities in the past namely, Mayoral Appointment-City of Annapolis Financial Advisory Commission, City of Annapolis Charter Revision Commission Member. Anne Arundel County Public Library Diversity Commission, Advisory Board Member; St Mary’s Alumni Association, Board Member; Anne Arundel Community Action Agency, Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, Board Member; St. Mary’s Catholic Church-Annapolis, School Board Member & Alumni, Board Member and Treasurer of the Optimist Club of Annapolis.
Honors & Awards: Anne Arundel County School's Superintendent's 2018 & 2016 Business Partnership Award Recipient Faye attended Anne Arundel Community College and the Institute of Financial Education. She is also a graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel FLG12.
