Arundel Federal Savings Bank is delighted to announce Kimberley Davis has joined the Bank as its Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Kimberley will be a member of the Leadership Team working closely with Executives responsible for a significant amount of the organization's strategic plans.

- Background: Kimberley brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, having previously worked at GRF CPAs & Advisors in Bethesda where she successfully led several initiatives in employee engagement, talent development and operational growth.
- Skills and Expertise: Kimberley is highly skilled in strategic HR planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Education: Bachelor of Science, Human Resource Management, Shippensburg University, PA. Master of Arts, Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations, Saint Francis University, PA.
- Certifications, Memberships & Professional Affiliation: Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
