A veteran of the United States Air Force Academy, Todd M. Bailey has over 34 years in business experience with a focus in commercial real estate. He is currently an Associate Broker with Friend Commercial Real Estate in Millersville having previously held various leadership positions in the industry including President, Owner and Broker.
Todd has been a Director of Arundel Federal Savings Bank since 2013. He serves on the Audit, Executive, and Risk Committees. He is past President and a current member of the Anne Arundel County Commercial & Industrial Association. His previous affiliations include Co-Star Power Broker and the Annapolis-Parole Rotary Club.
He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Licensed Maryland Commercial Real Estate Broker.
Todd resides in Crofton with his wife and when not working enjoys golfing, rowing, biking and traveling.
