Lyndsey Beidle Meninger is a seasoned legal executive with experience leading legal and operational functions in highly regulated industries. She currently serves as Vice President of Legal Services at Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance and President of the Injured Workers’ Insurance Fund.

Throughout her career, Lyndsey has advised boards and executive teams on complex legal and policy matters, directed government relations efforts before the Maryland Legislature, and strengthened organizational frameworks to minimize risk and enhance performance. She has been recognized for her leadership and impact, including being named one of The Baltimore Sun’s “Women to Watch” in 2022.

In addition to her professional roles, Lyndsey contributes her expertise to several boards and committees, including the Chesapeake Arts Center, the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds. She also serves on the Advisory Committee on Budget of the Workers’ Compensation Commission, appointed by Governor Wes Moore.

Lyndsey grew up in Anne Arundel County and after graduation from North County High School, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Washington College, her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore and Towson University.

Lyndsey lives in Harford County with her husband and two daughters.
