Leah Cluney serves as the Branch Manager of the Pasadena office. She began her career with Arundel Federal Savings Bank at age 17 as a Teller and has advanced through a variety of branch positions as well as the compliance department on her path to leadership. With 24 years of dedicated service—all spent at Arundel Federal—Leah brings extensive experience and deep institutional knowledge to her role.
She is an active member of the Pasadena Business Association and graduated with honors from the Maryland Banking School in 2025.
Leah resides in Pasadena with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially during trips to Ocean City.
