Kimberley (Kim) Davis joined Arundel Federal in 2025 as the Vice President Director of Human Resources. Kim brings over 25 years of experience in human resources to her new role. She will be responsible for managing recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and ensuring compliance with employment laws whilst aligning HR strategies with business goals to attract, retain, and develop talent. She is a member of the Leadership Team working closely with Executives responsible for a significant number of the organization's strategic plans.
Kim received a Bachelor of Science, Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University, PA as well as a Master of Arts, Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University, PA.
Kim holds various Certifications, Memberships & Professional Affiliations: Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
