Debbie Robson joined Arundel Federal in 2025 as the Vice President, Director of Deposit Operations.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Debbie brings a proven track record of leadership and innovation in deposit services. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of deposit account services, ensuring operations remain efficient, compliant, and customer focused.
Debbie will be a member of the Leadership Team serving as a key representative on the executive team, contributing to strategic planning, policy development, and organizational decision-making. She will lead the deposit operations department managing day-to-day processes, streamlining workflows, and reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to regulatory compliance and strategic growth.
