Leah’s career with AFSB began in 2002 when she stepped into the banking world as a Teller. Over the years, her dedication to solving problems and empowering others has made her an invaluable asset to her branch team and the wider community.

Graduating from Maryland Banking School marks a proud milestone in Leah’s career. The knowledge she’s gained has given her a deeper understanding of the ins and outs of banking and supplied her with new perspectives on how interest rates and product offerings are determined along with how she can best lead her team as a manager. Her insights help exemplify how individual actions contribute to the success of the bank.

Beyond academics, Leah embraced the challenge of stepping outside of her comfort zone. Her time in banking school wasn’t just about learning, it was about connecting with other bankers in the community. Over the last three years, Leah has built relationships with bankers from across Maryland, expanding her network and gaining resources that bring diverse perspectives into her work.

Outside of the office, Leah is a committed member of the Pasadena Business Association, and in her free time enjoys spending quality time with family and friends in Ocean City, Maryland.

Leah's graduation is more than a personal achievement; it’s a win for her team, her customers, and the AFSB family. Congratulations, Leah!
