Bill is an expert in Commercial Real Estate Lending with over 40 years of appraisal, underwriting, and origination experience at the national, regional and community bank level, which includes Senior Lending and Chief Lending Officer positions.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from The University of Baltimore with additional studies through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
Bill is a native Marylander and resides in Towson with his wife.
