Tom is a seasoned banker whose career spans 36+ years within the areas of Consumer, Commercial, and Real Estate Lending, with over fourteen years serving as Chief Lending Officer/Chief Credit Officer for several Maryland community banks. Tom’s focus at Arundel Federal is Commercial Real Estate lending. Tom’s expertise involves originated, purchased, or syndicated top-tier complex real estate secured transactions, with a special emphasis on construction and terms loans for office, multi-family, retail and industrial properties in the greater Baltimore-Washington, DC metropolitan area. Tom graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business receiving his Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is also a graduate of the American Institute of Banking Commercial Lending School.
Tom resides in Phoenix, Maryland, with his wife while his two children pursue collegiate and doctoral studies in the mid-west.
