A seasoned executive with more than 30+ years in the mortgage and banking industry and a licensed Real Estate agent, Kevin joins AFSB as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator.
He will be responsible for originating all of the Bank’s loans products specializing in high balance, jumbo and construction permanent loans. He can be reached at KMichno at ArundelFederal dot com or 410-935-8338.

Prior to his employment at Arundel Federal he was a Senior Vice President of Expansion and Business Development at Apex Home Loans and President of Mercantile Mortgage, LLC (acquired by PNC).
A Maryland native, Kevin graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School and Loyola University Maryland with a degree in business administration. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent. He previously served on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and Home Builders Association of Maryland.
Kevin lives with his wife Anne in Ellicott City and enjoys golfing at Rolling Road Golf Club.
